We rented a property on Trafalgar Road through JLL in Greenwich - fantastic experience from start to finish. A real change to all other letting agents we have had in London. Isobel showed us multiple flats and it felt like she truly knew the flats and the locations well - not just winging it. Bruna handled the admin side and was quick and clear. Would absolutely recommend renting with JLL! We recently moved to a fabulous flat and everyone we interacted with in the agency was super helpful and friendly. Viewing with Michael was a breath of fresh air - he truly listened to what we had to say and made placing an offer and securing the flat as easy for us as possible. Both him and Bruna were quick to respond to any query while going through the motions of the application process and accommodated to every request. In short: lovely people, a straight-forward process and a trustworthy agency.
The whole team at JLL have been amazing in our purchase. In what turned out to be a very complicated sale that nearly fell through multiple times, the whole team went above and beyond normal expectations to help us. Charlotte in particular personally saved the deal, making long difficult calls on her days off and always putting our needs first, she is amazing. I would recommend anyone to Charlotte, Graham and Adam, they were all brilliant.
Michael was tremendous, very professional. I know it cannot be easy representing a client and a potential leaseholder but his professionalism, courtesy and availability made the experience pain free.
