Dear colleagues in JLL, Just want to say a massive thanks for all your help and professionalism. This is the first time we are renting a property, we felt loyal to Acorn as we successfully bought the property through them but their letting process was extremely disappointing. This is the first time we are renting a property, thanks to you and Chestertons we now know what "good looks like". We had a great experience as your tenants and after working with you on the landlord side of the process, we can only say it has also been a positive experience. For now, many thanks for your support and guidance, be assured that we will be in touch as soon as the current tenants leave property. Wish you all a very happy 2016! Thanks.

Fast, professional service - delighted!

Being the reluctant land lady that I am, trying to find new tenants always fills me with 'the fear'! I need not have worried this time. The team at JLL Blackheath found me not 1, not 2 but 3 viable tenants who all offered the asking price on the flat, all I had to do was chose which one to take (all professional couples) & Hayley took care of the rest of the negotiations ensuring minimal void & maximum peace of mind. Thank you ladies, you are the best....

JLL has been managing our property in Meridian South since 2013. Owing to the pandemic, it has been particularly difficult for all people involved and we appreciate that tasks were off schedule, e.g. the mid-term property inspection. However, we would have appreciated being kept informed with regard to any delays. When Keely Wesley became the Property Manager for our property, she immediately updated us on the above issue and sent us a report when it became available. She responded to all our emails and returned our telephone calls. She is efficient and reliable and has limited the stress on us as landlords. Thank you, Keely. Mr & Mrs L Clayton

So my first experience with JLL Greenwich was terrible. They were late in contacting me when there were delayed payments or client related problems. I reluctantly let them run my property one last time - final chance. To be honest, I am glad that I did. Keely Wesley has been brilliant. She is always keeping me in the loop, sound advice. Let us hope the professional relationship with JLL continues.PositiveResponsiveness

Overall Dovile has proved to be highly responsive and a pleasure to deal with, She has handled everything we've put her way. Moreover, I actually got the impression she cared about our happiness in our new home - a bit of a rarity these days. She also proactively contacted us when this property came on the market knowing it would be of interest to us. The only downside was the referencing process - where the company JLL subcontracted to did a poor job and didn't read the supplied information properly.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Market was very slow in July & august, It took a while to find me a tenant, but once found the whole deal was wrapped up with in a week.
