Where do I start....and this is about the Blackburn office and inparticular the lettings team. My daughter rented a property that without being particular and detailed was unfit for rental...and this included things that are a legal requirement in rental properties. The whole service from them has been appalling...renting a house to a working single mother that paid a lot of money out for a property that was unfit for the rental market. If I did my job to this sub standard I would be sacked.
