Charlotte has been helpful and has clarified all of my queries when asked to. Charlotte has been appreciative of my concerns (some contractual concerns) and has communicated these with the landlord efficiently. My only comment is about the process, which is removed from Charlotte, but I've found that it's extremely bureaucratic.

My experience with CJ hole I've been a landlord for about 15 years I was born in Bristol I have dealt with a lot of estate agents and letting company's In the last year I tried cj hole Bishopston for renting some flats that I have in Bristol because I had a lot of trouble with my last agent. I don't have much spare time for running around I found the company to be up to date with i.T which meant I could do everything in my time on my computer, i.e. sign papers which saved me a lot of time like driving through traffic if you know Bristol then you will know what I mean. All the team I came across were very polite, professional and very helpful, especially Sharon Hollyman the lettings manger and Izzy (Isabella) Caci Marla the Senior move In co-ordinator they helped me so much and made all my letting easy and smooth which is defiantly what you want as a landlord so I will defiantly have no problem using this company again for letting. I would recommend this agent if you want a hassle free experience.

2014 Had the pleasure of dealing with CJ Hole's Bishopston Lettings, specifically Sharon. My experience of service received from (London-based) Lettings Agents historically has ranged from very poor to not bad, but the service received so far from CJ Hole has been nothing short of excellent. Sharon's knowledge of the prevailing legislation relating to Lettings is comprehensive and impressive, and she clearly understands that the role of a good Lettings Agent involves actively marketing the property to prospective tenants, as opposed to playing the role of glorified key-holder. I fully expect to CJ Hole to let my property, and look forward to a long-term business relationship. 2015 - Received excellent service from Amy with regards to the purchase of a house. Both party's conveyancers involved in the buying/selling process were inept, and Amy's assistance ensured that the purchase of the property remained on track.
