We bought our new build house through CJ Hole Bishopston. When it came to sell it seemed the sensible thing to use them as they knew the history of the development and the house. They were enthusiastic, helpful and hard working from the start and found a suitable buyer for us within a week. Our chain had quite a few delays but they kept us informed all the time. Commitment was great, communication was great, service was great, and they were a great team to work with too.

Had a fab experiance with C.J hole. Very helpful to first time renters. And efficent too! Would highly recomend Emma. For her efficency and professionalisum. She kept us informed with any changes and any probelms we had. Also she had a bubbly personality on the phone.

This is the first house I have rented and I came into quite clueless but Emily Baker has been great and helped us along the way, Any problems we may have she's always quick to respond to emails and phone calls, great! :)

Since moving in, I have found a lot of comfort in going to Emily Baker about any problems we have with the flat, she has been very relaxed and friendly.

Charlotte has been helpful and has clarified all of my queries when asked to. Charlotte has been appreciative of my concerns (some contractual concerns) and has communicated these with the landlord efficiently. My only comment is about the process, which is removed from Charlotte, but I've found that it's extremely bureaucratic.
