Our experience with Milli was really great. She met us early to show us around the house and was full of information and able to ask any questions that we needed answering. She was also really patient with us in areas that we were unsure about, and gave us time to think about the situation that we were in, so that we didn't feel hassled. She was extremely friendly and it was overall stress-free.

Milli Rendell showed me around the property and was our initial contact. She was really friendly helpful and professional. She turned up on time and was very easy to chat to then and in our following telephone conversations. Much better experience than with any other estate agent I have used in the past. Very much recommended branch of CJ Hole! (don't use the one on North st Bedminster, it's ran by unprofessional children and have higher fees. Hate them with a passion!!!)

2014 Had the pleasure of dealing with CJ Hole's Bishopston Lettings, specifically Sharon. My experience of service received from (London-based) Lettings Agents historically has ranged from very poor to not bad, but the service received so far from CJ Hole has been nothing short of excellent. Sharon's knowledge of the prevailing legislation relating to Lettings is comprehensive and impressive, and she clearly understands that the role of a good Lettings Agent involves actively marketing the property to prospective tenants, as opposed to playing the role of glorified key-holder. I fully expect to CJ Hole to let my property, and look forward to a long-term business relationship. 2015 - Received excellent service from Amy with regards to the purchase of a house. Both party's conveyancers involved in the buying/selling process were inept, and Amy's assistance ensured that the purchase of the property remained on track.

I have got nothing but praise for the team at CJ Hole Bishopston, especially the Sales Manager Andy Musker. I had previously had a very bad experience with CJ Hole at another branch so I was not at all pleased to find that the property I was determined to buy was being advertised solely by them. I found buying my first home extremely stressful but Andy constantly kept in touch to guide me through the process - at times it seemed it was not meant to be due to difficulties out of our hands, but Andy was determined to get me my dream home, going above and beyond the duties of his role.
