All staff were really helpful, especially Emma. No question was too silly and you were always updated with any developments. Responses were fast and always dealt with any issues/ concerns promptly. Emma often went above and beyond to make the letting process as easy as possible for a novice landlord like myself. I would definitely recommend their services.

Eerena at CJ Hole has been arranging our tenancy for us and has been brilliant. This is our first home so we've asked a lot of what are probably very silly and obvious questions and yet she's been nothing but patient and helpful. Very accommodating to several viewings of our onward purchase - we wanted to get quotes from builders etc. Joe Demmery was very quick to keep us updated, pester our solicitors and liaise with the agent who was selling our flat. Would recommend.
