The whole experience was smooth and seamless throughout, from viewing properties, to negotiating and securing our final choice of home and sorting the particulars. Dagmara was really friendly, polite and courteous and secured our property of choice quickly and efficiently, keeping us updated at all times. Of note she was very flexible with viewing times, especially when they had to be arranged around our busy work schedules! Eerena has been an absolute star when sorting out the management of our property, particularly when we have had any issues with our heating/hot water etc. She has gone above and beyond to get things sorted speedily for us and is always a delight to deal with.
