Eerena at CJ Hole has been arranging our tenancy for us and has been brilliant. This is our first home so we've asked a lot of what are probably very silly and obvious questions and yet she's been nothing but patient and helpful. Moving house can be a stressful time for most people and for us it has made all the difference to be dealing with someone who has been as helpful, friendly and efficient as our lettings negotiator Frankie has been. She has been always ready to answer any questions or concerns we have had and made the entire process run smoothly. I have found in the past that some estate agents can occasionally be a bit unfriendly or patronising but this was not the case at all for us this time. First impression witch cj hole was great. We meet Dagmara Zielińska and she explain everything about property , letting and all documents. She was very friendly and polite. Everything was professional from Dagmara side.she was realy helpful She arrange the viewing to property witch Frankie bath and when we been there she show us everything she was realy nice and professional. The flat was good everything was perfect and then we decide to rent flat in cj hole.

We are just in the process of renting with CJ Hole and the whole team have absolutely fab! My husband and I have recently rented a property through CJ Hole. Our Lettings Agents were Dagmara Zielinska and Eerena Stones. The whole experience was smooth and seamless throughout, from viewing properties, to negotiating and securing our final choice of home and sorting the particulars. Dagmara was really friendly, polite and courteous and secured our property of choice quickly and efficiently, keeping us updated at all times. Of note she was very flexible with viewing times, especially when they had to be arranged around our busy work schedules! Eerena has been an absolute star when sorting out the management of our property, particularly when we have had any issues with our heating/hot water etc. She has gone above and beyond to get things sorted speedily for us and is always a delight to deal with.
