Emma and the team have been brilliant in letting my flat. They have organised the paperwork excellently, so we are fully compliant with all the required legislation. They were also excellent in reviewing the credit quality of the potential tenants, advising on the most appropriate tenants and taking additional security to help secure my position as landlord.

Milli and the team have been brilliantly helpful, in securing us the perfect rental property. Milli was able to give me all the information about the property and has been really helpful in making arrangements with the furniture, white goods, moving in dates etc. Everything has happened so quickly and efficiently with what feels like minimal effort. I am glad to say, on this occasion I have no resentment about paying the agency fees (as sometimes I do) as they service has been provided with gold stars!

Frankie Bath who I dealt with personally was so professional and had incredible interpersonal skills. Frankie really made the whole experience enjoyable, made sure that we understood and were happy with every part of the contract. The service which I received from Frankie was exceptional in every way, reducing levels of stress by keeping us well informed at all stages of the process. Having letting property before I know this is not always the case and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
