Moving house can be a stressful time for most people and for us it has made all the difference to be dealing with someone who has been as helpful, friendly and efficient as our lettings negotiator Frankie has been. I have found in the past that some estate agents can occasionally be a bit unfriendly or patronising but this was not the case at all for us this time.
