After recently passing my Residential Letting and Property Management and Sale of Residential Property qualifications, I had a good idea of the procedures and service that should be provided. I am glad to say that the team went above and beyond and it was the best experience I have had at letting so far. Frankie Bath who I dealt with personally was so professional and had incredible interpersonal skills. Frankie really made the whole experience enjoyable, made sure that we understood and were happy with every part of the contract. The service which I received from Frankie was exceptional in every way, reducing levels of stress by keeping us well informed at all stages of the process. Having letting property before I know this is not always the case and I cannot recommend her highly enough. The team were always really helpful in answering questions and responded in an excellent time with updates and information.
