I cannot recommend White & Guard highly enough. From the very first viewing through to exchange and completion, the service we received was exceptional. Professional, proactive and genuinely personal at every stage. Claire and the sales team were fantastic. They were respectful, understanding and clearly had our best interests at heart throughout the process. They put in a huge amount of effort behind the scenes and ultimately secured a sale at our asking price in what proved to be a challenging transaction. Communication throughout was excellent. Peter remained in regular contact, keeping us updated and chasing solicitors, agents and other parties whenever required to keep things moving. And then there is Alistair. Never has the phrase "above and beyond" been more appropriate. He was relentless in keeping the transaction progressing, making calls, chasing updates and stepping in whenever needed. More importantly, he took the time to understand our circumstances and what mattered to us, providing honest advice and reassurance throughout what could easily have become a very stressful experience. Quite simply, without Alistair, I genuinely don't think this move would have happened as smoothly as it did. Knowing we'll eventually move on from our new home and won't be able to use White & Guard again due to being out of the area is probably the only downside to the entire experience.
