Ive had the pleasure of dealing with Jo Jones, with quite a tricky property to let based on the area. Jo not only got me a tenant, but got me the right tenant, helped organise everything I needed as I was a first time landlord, and made the entire process very easy. I would highly recommend

I would thoroughly recommend Jodi Glendenning! We moved to Castledene after many years of struggling & Jodi ensured the move was seamless. She was professional, attentive & responsive. It was clear from the onset that she has the knowledge, skills & experience required but most of all she cares! This made the world of difference!

If it wasn't for Jo and Jodi I'd not be rating with 5 stars. Since they have come into the Bishop branch it's changed for better. Jo is so on the ball and deals with things fast, professionally and keeps you updated every step of the way. I hardly have to ask or chase up anything as anything I could think to call or email about Jo's already dealt with it. I'd recommend Castledene now as they have improved a lot and hope the new team stay on for a very long time.
