Gemma Beckham has given our firm the best service over a difficult time in collecting rent from a difficult client. We had to evict the tenant due to his many lies and stories. Gemma has been a very supportive and we owe her a debt of gratitude. Well done Gemma.

When Castledene started managing one of my properties a few years ago, the service was a bit meh. However, it has improved considerably over the years. Most of the credit goes to Jo, who's proven to be an exceptional relationship manager. Keep it up!

This particular branch is great. I've been serviced by other branches of Castledene in the past but have not had good experiences with them. I presently am being looked after by a capable young lady called Gemma who has always been courteous and proactive.

Letting property is never without its problems but I have found Castledene to be responsive and certainly a big improvement my previous letting agent. Gemma at the Bishop Auckland branch was allocated my properties a while back - she is always very helpful, approachable and a pleasure to deal with.

Lovely friendly staff Joe Jones from the Bishop Aukland Office can't do enough to help you any problems are dealt with and a lot of changes which seems to be for the better again can't fault the customer service from Joe
