I feel wonderful today to have the issue in my newly moved in apartment resolved in less than 2 days. The issue was about the hot water boiler. Hot water supply was unstable, on and off several times in the first week. The issue was reported through the website, and I was contacted already in the next day by Cheryl Quinney for more details. Visit of maintenance people was arranged already in the day after. The problem was resolved right away by the friendly and experienced maintenance people.
