I had a mixed experience with this agency, mainly due to poor communication during the letting process. On one occasion, I attended a scheduled viewing and upon arrival I was not informed that the property had already been let. I travelled to the property, waited for over 20 minutes, and had to call the office, where I was told an email had supposedly been sent, although I did not receive it. On another viewing and subsequent application, I was asked to submit full details and was led to believe the property was still under consideration. However, after sending my application and a follow-up email, I did not receive any updates. I had to call the office myself to find out the status, at which point I was informed that the property had already been agreed. Overall, the lack of communication and timely updates made the process frustrating and unclear. Better coordination and clearer updates to applicants would greatly improve the experience.
