🌟 Nothing short of exceptional! 🌟 The team have been extremely helpful; answering all my queries, recommending properties I would be interested in, allowing for multiple viewings in a day (which definitely speeds up the property hunting process), and kindly guiding me through the process. After searching through many properties over the span of a couple months, I have found Martin and Co to be super easy to contact and personable. Specifically, I had liaised with Jack, Mohammed, and Mashud- all of which were absolutely fantastic with aiding with viewings. Currently, I am in the process of placing an offer for the first time after renting during university, and Jack has made the process significantly easier. It is clear, all mentioned are very knowledgeable of the properties, the process, and clientele needs. Upon viewing, Jack streamlined the process giving me insight into what tenant the landlord was looking for, what the rental process looks like, and how to place an offer down.
