Very disappointing experience with this agency. We paid the deposit and were led to believe that the apartment was ours. Based on that, we completed all the required procedures and waited for the next steps. We repeatedly explained that we were desperately looking for a home and asked them to process everything as quickly as possible. Instead, they kept delaying the process for more than two weeks without providing clear communication or updates. It felt like our urgency was completely ignored. The whole experience was stressful, frustrating, and unprofessional. We wasted valuable time and were left uncertain despite having already paid the deposit. I would not recommend this agency based on our experience. Never and ever try this agency
