My family and I arrived at the property at the same time as another prospective viewer, who was a white lady. When the agent arrived, he did not greet us or even say hello. Instead, we were told that he did not have the key to the property and that another viewing would need to be arranged. However, after we left, I saw that the white lady was still at the property. I do not understand why we were asked to leave while she appeared to continue with the viewing. This left me feeling that my family and I were treated differently. We are a brown family with a good income and attended the viewing in good faith. Based on what happened, I feel that we may have been treated differently because of our race. If this is the case, it is completely unacceptable.
