Very disappointing experience. I travelled to attend a scheduled viewing, only to receive a phone call when I was approximately five minutes away to say the property had already been taken and the viewing was cancelled. I then agreed to view an alternative property, waited over an hour, and was shown an unfurnished property even though I had never requested to view an unfurnished property. As a result, I spent several hours travelling and waiting, incurred unnecessary travel costs, and lost valuable time. I also received emails inviting me to view properties that I had not arranged, which added further confusion.
