I attended a property viewing last Monday morning and unfortunately found the experience with kamilla/camilla quite unprofessional. During the viewing there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke, which at first I assumed was the property (I was wrong). This made the interaction uncomfortable and left a poor impression. The viewing also felt rushed and somewhat disorganised, and there was little effort to present the property in a professional way or answer questions clearly, without her sneezing every time (even on me). When representing properties to potential tenants or buyers, basic professionalism and presentation are very important. Overall, the experience did not meet the level of professionalism I would expect from a property viewing, and I hope the agency improves the standard of their viewings in the future by selecting the right staff to represent the company.
