For international investors who are looking to invest in UK market, I believe Martin & Co Birmingham is the preferred partner of choice by far. They were kind enough to provide advice around the market outlook, potential rentability, yields, developer background way early in the buying process despite they were not contracted yet. Raj professionalism, credibility and support were really instrumental. Without his advice i would not have invested. Now when it comes to handover, furniture, listing the property on the market, their service is second to none. It was really a hands-free approach that people like me living abroad would ever think of. Liberty was instrumental in finding the right tenant, vetting, diligence, recommendation, etc. She did it all. She is always available to support with a positive mindset.
