I initially left a 5-star review because the process before everything was signed and paid was efficient, transparent, and well-handled. Jessica was professional throughout, and communication was excellent — up until that point. Since then, the service has deteriorated significantly. It’s now been a full week since my tenancy started, and I still haven’t received the second set of keys. On multiple occasions, I’ve been told the keys were available, only to take time off work, go to the office, and find out they weren’t — which has also made the moving process unnecessarily difficult. Yesterday (Tuesday), I received an email assuring me that the keys would be ready for pickup today (Wednesday). Once again, I took time off work to collect them — only to be told, yet again, that they were not there. The secretary even said there was “good news” because the keys were on their way and would arrive in 45 minutes to an hour — as if I should be happy to wait around during my working day. This kind of disorganization and disregard for people’s time is completely unacceptable. What started as a professional and positive experience has turned into a frustrating one marked by poor follow-through and a lack of respect for tenants.
