Spoken to Charlotte and I am very satisfied with the quick and professional service provided by her for the resolution of these issues. Such amazing experience with a great team ! Deebie lock is the most professional and attentive agent I never had ! No matter what I asked, she responded quickly and always answered my query. Sadly I had to eft John shepherd due to relocating but the leaving process was very smooth with Debbie Lock who responded very quickly to provide me references and all the details for my end of tenancy - I knew what was expected from me and our communications was perfect.
