John Shepherd has been managing my flat in Birmingham city centre, and overall, they’ve done a good job. John Shepherd have been fantastic in letting the property and managing the change over from the previous tenant. From the time the management moved from Centrick to John Shepherd, the transition has been smooth and hassle free. It was an advantage that Centrick staff transitioned over. Communications have been timely and accurate. I was kept informed regularly and they gave me good advice about the rental situation etc. and helped find a new tenant without any disruption. Very happy with the service and support I receive and would recommend them to anyone looking for letting services.

I recently moved into a rental property with John Shepherd and the process was handled really well. Sophia Tong was really accommodating, allowing me to view the property on a Saturday so as not to cause difficulties with my full time job. The process from viewing to finding out I had been accepted for the property was very fast and I was kept updated throughout, which I really appreciated.
