John Shepherd have been fantastic in letting the property and managing the change over from the previous tenant. From the time the management moved from Centrick to John Shepherd, the transition has been smooth and hassle free. It was an advantage that Centrick staff transitioned over. Communications have been timely and accurate. I was kept informed regularly and they gave me good advice about the rental situation etc. and helped find a new tenant without any disruption.
