Outstanding
We were recently involved in a very, very drawn out sale/purchase and ended up being clients of Robert Watts for 5 months. Despite selling our house in just a week our sellers dragged things out to ridiculous extremes. Throughout the stress and frustration Robert Watts were brilliantly supportive and provided great advice. The staff were patient (despite having to deal with very difficult sellers!), knowledgeable and friendly.....I'm convinced we wouldn't have lasted the distance without them but now we have our dream house and are completely grateful. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Great service and good value for money!
Very professional and communication was spot on, keeping me up to date every step of the way. I couldn't ask for more and Tabby was absolutely fantastic, would highly recommend!

Fantastic service from all at Robert Watts
The team were very professional, realistic and proactive which (as I work in the conveyancing industry) is very refreshing and evident when I had to switch estate agents to sell my property. The service was equivalent to day and night. Tabby in particular was exceptional. Cannot recommend these guys enough! Many thanks to you all, you're superstars! Bx

Tabby was fantastic
This was my first house purchase as a single buyer and the agent I dealt with was very helpful. Tabby explained everything to me and constantly kept me informed of the progress of both my purchase and the sellers progress. In my opinion she went above and beyond with her service and I am very grateful for all her efforts. My daughter and I are now very happy in our new home.

We had excellent service from beginning of the house being put on the market until completion of the sale of our property. We were kept informed of progress every week and given feedback after all viewings.. Special thanks to John and Tabby.

A personable and efficient team who kept us informed
We picked Robert Watts to sell an elderly relative's house, as they had done a great job on a previous [very similar] occasion - and we weren't disappointed! From the moment John [Watts] came to value the property, right up to the final completion day [only 11 weeks later], all communications were prompt, relevant and delivered by a team who clearly cared about the process. The fact that Robert Watts also offered a 'link' to a local solicitor made the entre sale process simpler - which was important with an 86 year-old vendor now living in a Care Home. Oh, and we shouldn't forget that the property sold FOR THE ASKING PRICE to only the second person to view it ! Excellent performance !!

Fantastic - Highly recommend
We used Robert Watts to both sell our house and find our new home and they were fantastic. Rebecca was our main point of contact and she was brilliant. She could not have done more. She was able to help with a number of concerns we had throughout the process and also helped push things along when certain stages used to slow down. In particular Rebecca went above and beyond and helped clarify a number of issues that were found with the .Home Buyers Survey. Without her assistance we would still be trying to understand it now!

Excellent professional service with regular updates
From the beginning when John Watts visited to value the house I was impressed with the professionalism and likeable nature of John. The house was an inheritance from my mother and I did not want to be involved showing people around, this was not a problem as the agency did all the viewings, following up with all the potential clients and reporting back to me with details within a few days of the showing. I cannot recommend this agency enough as they provided me with information to make the house more saleable and nothing was too much trouble for them. Excellent service.
