Tabby could not have done more for us
It took myself and my boyfriend a whole year to get into our perfect house and this was sometimes very stressful and frustrating. Tabby Hickling was absolutely brilliant and kept Rob and I in the picture throughout the whole year. She sympathised, understood and always remained professional and calm even when I think her patience was tested as well as our own! This is our first ever dealings with Robert Watts but after our experience working with them, in particular Tabby, I would happily recommend them to anybody. I cannot thank her enough and we are two very happy and thankful homeowners now. It was all well worth the wait. Leanne and Robert x

Excellent, professional service
We are really pleased with the service we received from Roberts Watts during our recent sale. We were pleased with the valuation and the advise we received from the beginning. We were kept informed of the progress of the sale at all times. Our agent Tabby was always friendly and polite, it was a pleasure doing business with the company.

Always on the ball
We purchased a property through Robert Watts. Rebecca Hey was brilliant. If I had a query she got back to me in super quick time - usually within 5 - 10 mins. I never had to chase them for anything, which was SUCH a refreshing change in this day and age. If Rebecca wasn't in the other ladies Tabby & ? (sorry cannot remember name) were equally as good at getting answers to my queries. I give them 100/100 for customer service. Rebecca & her colleagues are a credit to Robert Watts.

Excellent service provided with no issues throughout the process
The service provided was of a high quality from start to finish. The valuation was fair and meant we sold within a very short time frame. Communication between us and Watts was clear and timely. Advice given was helpful and staff were always polite. The positive experience made the whole process less stressful. Thank you again

Efficiency and professionalism.
Robert Watts of Birkenshaw were very efficient, professional and friendly throughout the process of our recent purchase. Excellent communication is important and the RW's team kept us informed throughout the various stages, liaising efficiently with several legal teams and other agents. Recommended!

Hard working from start to finish
Sold our house within 10 days of it going on the market. Great first visit from John who took a lot of time to get the photos and layout right. Really supportive and knowledgeable. The team managed the offer process so well, increasing the initial offer by 20k. Good weekly progress reports. If ever you think of doing this yourself for less trust me when I say using an estate agent like Robert Watts is worth every penny. They got us a great deal, managed the process so smoothly and we ended up with a much improved asking price offer through their expertise. Can't recommend Robert Watts highly enough.

Pleasant, approachable staff kept us informed of proceedings
Tabby was pleasant and very patient through thick and thin. John, as first contact, was easy to talk to and gave us confidence. Although we did not have to contact the office on many occasions everyone was extremely helpful..

Fantastic service and great to deal with
We recently purchased our new house through Robert Watts in Birkenshaw and were highly impressed with Tabby. Fantastic service from start to finish. Tabby was always available to speak to and went above and beyond to get everything sorted. Very pro-active and always knew exactly where we were in the process. Towards the end of the process we had regular progress updates from Tabby so we knew what was happening and she ensured all other parties where up to date which was a great help as our solicitors weren't very forthcoming. Thanks for all your help Tabby!
