Avocado Property

Neil has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. In a challenging market, it's crucial to showcase a property in the best possible light, and Neil exceeded all expectations. I couldn't recommend him more highly. If you're looking for an agent who offers expert advice and goes above and beyond Neil and Dan will do this

Right from the start of the process to the end, Dan was absolutely amazing, he always kept us in the loop at every stage and gave us great advice. Couldn’t recommend Avocado estate agents enough, brilliant service and 2 very happy customers.

Viewings were quality over quantity and the tenancy process in renting out our family home was easy. Highly recommend.

Avocado property’s service is efficient, sincere and professional. My property manager Ms Pooja Chavda always promptly response to my questions and solve all my problems, highly appreciate.

"Excellent service from Neil. Knowledgeable, responsive, and made our home buying experience stress-free. Highly recommend!"🙌 …

I used Neil from Avocado to sell my house, and there was literally nothing he wouldn't do to help us get it over the line. He was very honest, yet very confident which in turn gave us a lot of confidence. He did an open house for our property based in Shinfield, and literally he sold the house in 1 day. I was so impressed that I would 100% recommend anyone to use them. I have had experiences with big chains, however Avocado really do give a more personalised service and no ask was too big. If I ever need to use or recommend you again I will 100% will.

Fantastic support throughout the process from Neil. The whole purchase was very smooth, with any and every issue resolved before it really became an issue! Definitely 5 stars!!

Been renting with Avocado for past 2 years. Absolutely amazing and professional service. Pooja has been extremely helpful, responsive and prompt to sort out our queries and issues through out the property. Would highly recommend it!

Pooja and Andy have been absolutely fantastic. They combine professionalism with genuine care, making the whole rental process seamless. Pooja has been there every step of the way, addressing any concerns quickly and always with a friendly attitude. I cannot praise Avocado enough for the exceptional service.
