Avocado Property

We recently purchased a property from Avocado properties Ruislip, the process from their side was a pleasure to deal with. They’re not a company I’d ever heard of before, and from his personal approach with the original house owner we assumed they were family friends (we later realised this wasn’t the case). From the very beginning, James was incredibly helpful, professional, and kept us fully informed every step of the way. One thing we particularly appreciated was the WhatsApp group he set up, which made communication so easy. It was a refreshing change from being left on hold or having to navigate endless automated phone systems just to get an update. All in all, Avocado properties Ruislip was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We would definitely use Avocado Properties in the future and would happily recommend James to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Avocado Property is not your usual estate agent. Its so much better. A modern, relaxed and friendly service that we feel very fortunate to have been recommended. We cannot praise and thank Debbie & Andre and Dan enough for their patience and professionalism in getting our house sold. Due to its querky layout it took a while but they never wavered in their dedication to get the right buyer through the door. Always available for advice and support and near immediately replied to all our queries. Thank you so much for an outstanding, no nonsense service 💟🙏🏻💟

We had a truly excellent experience with Avocado Property, especially with Assistant Property Manager Chloe Newman. From the moment we viewed the property on April 17th, everything moved quickly and smoothly. Within just one week, we received final confirmation and were all set to move in. Chloe’s efficiency, clear communication, and proactive approach made the entire process completely hassle-free. What stood out the most was her timely support during a very stressful situation for our family. With our previous tenancy ending on 25/04/2026 and two young children to care for, we were extremely worried about the possibility of being without a home. Thanks to Chloe’s dedication and prompt actions, we were able to secure our new flat in Wokingham in time, ensuring stability and peace of mind for our family. That truly meant a lot to us. We are very grateful for her support and highly recommend Avocado Property for their professionalism and customer care.

Perry sold my Parent’s house for me last year - he’s super knowledgeable, professional, efficient and very patient… Also a generally a very nice, polite person to deal with, who I felt confident in his capabilities to sell the property. He organised photography, floor plans straight away. He was always available when I called and very helpful. Initially the house went on the market when mum moved into a care home, then sadly mum passed away. The house had to come off the market whilst I organised probate. Once that came through months later the house went back on the market. Lots of viewings and sold fairly quickly. Perry was sensitive and professionally throughout, no pressure on timings etc. Very happy with the service he gave and would highly recommend. Thanks Perry!

Its been 2 years I am working with Avocado, so far very happy with the pretty fast service time and specially thanks to Pooja, she is always very helpful and solution oriented.

"Big thanks to Chloe Newman. Always super polite, easy to reach, and very responsive. Keeps me updated without the unnecessary chase. An absolute asset to the agency."

Having used estate agents a few times in the past I have to say Jack has been absolutely the best we have used. From the moment we asked to meet to discuss putting our property up for sale to completion day , the level of service has been outstanding. All along the way Jack gave us great advice and put us at ease when things got tricky. Without hesitation would recommend these guys to sell your property, first class service . Thanks again Jack 👍 Ade &Nic

As longtime renters we’ve had experience with multiple letting agents over the years. We’ve had an overwhelmingly positive experience with avocado from start to nearly finish (we check out next month). Communication along the way has been excellent, responsive, easy to access help and to monitor processes, maintenance issues and questions. Exceptional agents with some wonderful people working with them. As we are about to say goodbye special thanks to Ollie who let the property to us and pooja for her exceptional management of the property throughout. Would highly recommend as agents, really great, they genuine care!

I have recently rented a house with avocado properties. I am having a great experience with them especially Pooja who helped me through out the process personally. She is very prompt, responsive and understanding.

Pooja Chavda was the estate agent that organised and helped us through the letting process. We have got a beautiful cottage waiting for us to move in too and we couldn’t be happier. Keeping us updated with every step and helping a long the way.
