Ellen and Sanjay are actual humans that can listen to understand rather than just listen to respond. We felt they really understood what we need/could get and we could have an honest and real conversation with them, they are very professional and very transparent in their advises. Many other agents did not contribute at all in making our journey better. The real state business seems to be a very lucrative business were agents do not need to prepare to meet clients expectations, anything goes…. With avocado was completely different, there are just cool and passionate about what they do in booth ends (buyer/seller), they usually know all info related to the properties from first hand, and they also get involved along the entire process till the exchange of agreements is completed.
