We had a great experience with Richard James throughout the whole process. They were incredibly helpful, efficient, and genuinely passionate about our house, which gave us real confidence from the start. Their advice was always honest, knowledgeable, and very helpful in guiding us through each step. Communication was excellent throughout, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We have recently bought and sold houses through Preston Baker with Angela. From starting the journey back in September to completing it last week - she has been never less than outstanding. An Estate Agent that doesn't feel like one! Angela has been efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and assisted us in understanding and getting to know the property without any over-the-top hard sell. Our view was as a purchaser, but I know I'd be happy with her services as a vendor too.

Louise could not have provided us with a better service. The whole experience was an outstanding service from start to finish. Louise was professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, with the house selling on the second day! I’d highly recommend Louise to anyone buying or selling a home.
