We were very impressed, from first meeting Ian when he did carried out the valuation, his friendly and very positive attitude, was the main reason we chose Michael Pool to market our property. The photos Ian took of our house were fantastic and better than we expected, which I'm sure was a key factor in selling our house within 7 days, along with a fantastic write up, we could not have ask any more. Annie was a pleasure to deal with, being very keen to keep us up to speed with a viewing feedback, and even though we were on holiday, she made every effort to email us with the all development. Excellent professional service, right from the valuation, to sale, I would, and have been recommending Michael Pool to anyone wish to market the property. I have now used Micheal Pool twice to let our 2 high end apartments and they are always been efficient, and so helpful nothing is too much trouble, I would highly recommend them and will of course use them again.

I have been using Michael Poole for many years to manage the letting of my property. I have dealt with many different lettings consultants at Michael Poole over this time and have found every one of them to be professional, friendly and helpful. Communication is very good and I am always kept up to date with anything that I need to know. If I have needed to telephone the office for any reason I have always been able to speak to one of the lettings consultants or, if they are busy, I have always had the phone call returned.
