I have recently moved into a new property and just as mentioned in my contract, Sam s from Homebox contacted me by email to help me arrange my bills, all in one place. The platform to book an appointment is great as it allows you to choose the the most suitable time and it also adds a reminder on your phone plus you get send a reminder just before the scheduled appointment. The set up is through a phone call and Sam was very polite and helpful to all my questions. Not to mention that it was a very quick phone call rather than waiting for a long time with the music at the background to sort bills. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!
