We chose to sell through Michael Poole following a recommendation and we made a good choice. Selling following a bereavement is never a pleasurable thing but Debbie Watts and the staff at Billingham made the process as easy as possible. When I called in, Debbie gave me a great explanation of the process and what to expect. This was followed by Matthew Hunt visiting the property, talking through the local market and arranging for photos/marketing. We were kept informed throughout and viewings (conducted by Poole's) were notified to us, together with feedback and progress. We had regular emails and update calls too. All was done in a friendly and professional manner. We were very happy with the advice, guidance and all aspects of the sale process and we would definitely recommend this branch. Top marks.
