Booked a house valuation which took place in March 2021. Carried out by Ryan Coyne. Very professional visit with good covid measures in place. However I emailed several times in the ensuing weeks to ask for the follow up information. Nothing received and no email response. I then called TM and asked to speak to Ryan Coyne. Was told he was out but they would give him a message to call me. Received no call. I would not use TM when we put our house on the market as there would be no hope of being able to contact the person dealing with our sale.

They promised me a property and said that they will be back in touch to discuss the next steps I.e. paying the deposit etc. I didnt hear anything from them for over a week when trying to contact them. To then be informed that they had rented the property to someone else!!! I went through all the checks and everything and they strung me along. DO NOT USE THIS ESTATES AGENT!!! absolutely rubbish service and a bunch of liars!!!! Only gave 1 star as cant give none.

Recently bought a house with TM in biggleswade. I would never use them again. It was incredibly hard work. They never reply with actual answers to emails they also ignore emails that they don’t want to answer if your question is awkward. Do not use there conveyances as they are even worse. I would honestly avoid and would not recommend. I would give 0 stars if I could. It’s questionable that they even know the process of buying and selling a house.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

Poor communication, spent weeks chasing them for rental pack information which I still haven’t received. They don’t respond to emails. Make up excuses why they haven’t done things. Would not recommend. Karla was lovely but unfortunately we haven’t been able to deal with her recently.

POOR. Would never rent with Thomas Morris again! They don't even deserve a 1 star but 0 stars isn't an option.. handled my rent referencing poorly, was spoken to very rudely and even refused to help me. If you are renting with them they take your rent out early EVERY MONTH! One month my rent came out TWICE because they took it so early! Appalling and unhelpful. (This was not the biggleswade office this was property management team)

Terrible. Called me an hour before the viewing to cancel claiming they have 3 offers for the house. I suppose they didn't know that at least a day before did they? They also charge extortion for credit check that cost them nothing and takes 5 minutes to do... avoid.

do not want to pay deposit back when the promised. they treat tenants like scum. no hot water or heating for 3 weeks in winter with a under 2 in property. had to move out because landlady selling. house is now sold. we still have no deposit paid back. you are talked down to, they only put landlord 1st.

Communication has been terrible, internal procedures mean you get passed around to different people constantly. As an overseas landlord you provide an awful service which is why I’m moving my property away from you.
