A overall good experience – Erin is a fantastic letting agent and made my partner and I feel very confident. If it was just about her it would be 5*, unfortunately the property management team have disappointed us losing multiple forms numerous times.

Whilst the team were very friendly, I did feel let down by the lack of communication, and found we was going back and forth on things which could have been avoided. It was a stressful time in the reason for the house sale, so felt this could have been dealt with better communication.
