We had weekly (sometimes daily) updates whenever there was a change or movement in our chain and Erin even helped secure extra surveys and quotes on the house for us. I messaged Thomas Morris the same evening a property was added to Right Move and I got a phone call back as soon as they next opened. I explained my situation for both now and the future and the agent was very understanding but also honest. She spoke with the Landlord who was happy to go ahead and I viewed the property promptly.
