Excellent service from India and the other sales agent. The one negative being the affiliated home insurance company I was put onto, First2Protect, who tried to pull the wool over my eyes with an outrageously high quote. I would recommend that Thomas Morris break their association with this company.

Thomas Morris are the estate agents for the property we’re purchasing, we exchanged yesterday and in the lead-up to exchanging Ryan from Thomas Morris kept us updated and explained what we could expect to happen at each step. I was so grateful for that especially during a very stressful time! After exchanging Ryan again contacted me to say congratulations and to explain what will happen in the lead up to completion and on completion day. Prior to this week we were in contact with Jen, India and Karla who were all very friendly, approachable and helpful every time we spoke with them. It really did make a difference to what is a stressful process. I only have one small negative to mention which is that due to part-time hours we occasionally struggled to get an email response, in fairness had we picked up the phone instead we probably would have got the help we needed, but we had solicitors on the email thread that we wanted to keep in the loop. Thank you to the team at TM for all your help in getting us to the point of exchange :)
