I've been in touch with Madaline while looking for rental properties. She's very helpful and knowledgeable about what I could find in the area to suit my budget. I wish all lettings agents were as friendly and helpful as she is. I haven't found exactly what I'm looking for yet but I'm happy to continue working with Madaline until I do!

I was looking for a property in Bicester to move into as an expat. Bannisters were quite friendly and helpful to find me the right house, show me around and settle everything in place as my move has been quite tight in terms of time. They have also helped me out of sorting any outstanding issue out i.e. home insurance, white goods, furniture etc and I do definitely recommend them as their doing top job and their always there even forehand. 5-stars for being so professional and good at what their doing.
