Professional service on all fronts from end of previous tenancy to the the start of new tenancy. There was a bit of confusion when I first transferred management of my property to RJ from the previous managing agent, but that was resolved. I chose RJ because they are local to my property and that proved the right choice as they were able to arrange any maintenance issues that cropped up easily and quickly and at reasonable costs. I live a long way away from my property and having RJ there to sort out any issues for me has been very useful. Their people are friendly so it was easy to work with them. Thanks guys.

Robinson Jackson were very pleasant and helpful with information and they found us exactly the type of tenants we asked for. Information was sent to us on a regular basis on e-mails and by mobile. My husband and I are not very au fait with downloading documents so Robinson Jackson helped us by accepting some by e-mail and onto the system.downloading them. They also facilitated us meeting our prospective tenants on WhatsApp.
