If I could have chosen a zero, I would have. We chose to let out our property with Robinson Jackson because we were promised a great service. Tenants were found quickly but the rest of the service has been dreadful. They sent in an electrician to 'fix' the electrics in the house before tenants moved in but unfortunately he has ruined the electrics in the house, we have been chasing Robinson Jackson for a week to get this sorted with absolutely no response from them, it seems once they take your money then they have nothing to do with you, paperwork uploaded by them on the landlords portal was incorrect, we had a gas safety certificate for someone else's property on our portal, very hard to get anyone to communicate with you to resolve issues which were caused by their end because no one ever responds to emails, voicemail, no one follows up calls, things don't seem to be communicated between their team members and it seems landlords and tenants are told totally different stories by them. I am not at all pleased and really fed up with the poor service.

DO NOT RENT FROM ROBINSON JACKSON !!!! I recently rented a property from Robinson Jackson. The property is a 2 bedroomed house in Plumstead SE18 1PZ. When I moved in the property had not been cleaned. There were many dead flies, mould and the previous tenants belongings. The landlord is refusing the send a cleaner round to clean the filth. I am disgusted, I have rented several properties and not once have I been treated with such low regard and I have never entered a proprty to find such dirt. Clearly Robsinson Jackson and the landlord only care about the money, as they are more than happy for my 5 year old daughter to live is such filthy circumstances. I am paying £1600 rent a month, yet the landlord refused to pay for a cleaner... I would advise everyone to stay away from this property, and I will be leaving as soon as my break clause permits me to do so.

Went with this estate agent to find a place to rent for myself and my baby. Initially the process was super quick (taking deposit and rent upfront) they were very on it with this part. Come to my move in day Friday 31st March. I was really disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. The rooms had carpets full of stains and burns. The skirting boards were full of dust. There was old tenants clothes left behind the wardrobe. You’d think they would ensure the property was thoroughly cleaned before a new tenant moved in. The intercom was not set up either. The property had furniture in there that I no longer wanted and requested it to be removed since I was moving in with my newborn I had all his stuff to move in. I was told they cannot move any existing furniture because I requested the property furnished. Not sure what difference it makes removing it now. If I had requested unfurnished once my offer was accepted they would have removed it then anyway? When speaking to the property management team I was advised to put the unwanted furniture ( 2 huge wooden wardrobes and 6 wooden cabinets in the “second room”. This response was utterly laughable. Sure let me rent a 2 bedroom property for me and my child and put all the unwanted furniture that the landlord or agent can’t be bothered removing in my child’s room! What planet are they on with this as a solution?! All the furniture takes up the space of the entire room. Furthermore there is a huge safe box in the storage room which has eaten into my storage room usage which again they will not remove. What exactly am I paying for at this point? 1 room is used up with unwanted furniture. And my store room is now limited with space. On my move in day the lift stopped working. (On the 7th floor) I moved in at noon and the lift was not fixed until the following day on Saturday. When making the agents aware I can’t move in or even leave the building since the lift is not working they just emailed back saying they informed the building maintenance department and left it as that. I then got an out of office response. I couldn’t move any of my belongings in to the property that day, (bed, baby’s belongings etc) due to the lift being out of use the whole day. And not one person from the team had the decency to check if we were okay or even had anywhere else to stay for the night?!!! I had to take my baby and his pushchair down 7 flights of stairs. Pay for storage and van hire all over again since i couldn’t actually “move in” on Friday. Not to mention having to find somewhere else to stay for the night aswell!! It’s now Monday and I still have not received a response from the Robinson and Jackson team. What an absolute joke! I would never recommend such an estate agent to anyone. Quick to take your money, but the moment you raise any issues or concerns you’ll get no response or a ridiculous one.

We attempted to buy a semi-detached house in Bexleyheath via this branch a few years ago but it transpired that the property had three leases on it. After some duff advice from an employee from this estate agency we lost £££ and were forced to pull out. We then made a formal complaint about this Branch's professional standards to Bexley Trading Standards. *This happened in 2003 - I honestly cannot imagine this company has improved whatsoever since then. I don't write fake reviews.* Avoid at all costs.

I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience when trying to purchase a property. I have been the branch manager for several years and this purchase doesn't seem to have been brought to my attention although it was a few years ago. They made me an appointment and never show up is outrageous and I wrote them to give me a explanation but never answer back. I wouldn’t recommend you for nothing these agency they just made me lost a house and my time.

Wasn't impressed with the tone and how unhelpful the person was that answered the phone. I think I'll stick with agents who treat people with more respect.

Avoid the Robinson Jackson Property Management team at all costs. In the end I gave up on them, and contacted my tenants directly (my tenants confirm they prefer dealing with me personally, as the service Robinson Jackson Lettings were so poor). Nearly £300 pounds a month for doing absolutely nothing. Their customer service skills are non-existent. My rent was repeatedly paid late, with poor explanation. Their fees have been a complete waste of money. So poor in fact, that I have sold my property. They could do well to have some customer facing training from the Sales team in Blackfen, who are excellent.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

very bad experience.I made a call for viewing,a lady answered the phone very grumpy.I told her which property I want to view,but she told me details of another property.Not only this,when she said something I didn't understand,she just handed up the phone rudely,then I called back immediately,phone can't be connected. Extremely unprofessional.
