I don't normally write reviews but these are the best estate agents I have ever used. The service they provide is outstanding. They are available outside of normal office hours to deal with queries by phone or email. We ended up in a long chain and within a few hours ewemove had the full information about everyone in the chain and what stage they were at in the house buying process. Amazing! They were there to help us every step of the way and the process was painless!! Roland and Jane are local people and they are friendly, honest and efficient. I will not hesitate to use the again - worth every penny they charged!

never moved out of a place and tried to be charged for a full house clean and skip hire to remove items. disgusting company see you in court if you try to hold me bond. watch out for these cowboy thiefs

Total disgrace of a company from start to finish! Had to remove our house from there books as they couldn’t sell it sending 1 person to view in 5 weeks! Moved to a different agent who after 10 viewings sold the property within the first week! This lead to what we feel bad blood and unfortunately a house we wanted came up for sale with these guys! We knew it was coming to the market and showed our interest as wanted to view ASAP, we got a virtual viewing where the agent sat talking us through it whilst eating her lunch! We then did a viewing and made an offer of what we was TOLD the value was! this wasn’t enough for the owners so we upped our offer to over the asking price but they was waiting for an out of town buyer to come who had offered the same, Not once was we asked if we wanted to up our offer, just complete rubbish and lies even down to apparently contacting our agent for our chain details (when they was closed) Please choose your agents wisely! Due to this company we have now lost 2 houses

I want to say how much I'm disappointed with your colleague based in Beverley , i travel 1 hour to meet and have chat with her, she was arrogant, she laughed when i said what we are looking for, she get my details in piece of paper , and said she wil get touch with me asap , I just realized when I left the agency that she would not even call me, stil lwaiting from 4 weeks. Thanks EweMove.
