We decided to put our house on the market after our family began to grow and we were starting to run out of space. Then a day or two later Roland came to take the photos and we were sent a draft brochure that evening, which we approved and it was put on Rightmove that night. Our first viewing was two days later, with them coming thick and fast in the days that followed. Then, 11 days after putting the house on the market we accepted an offer for the asking price. Every step of the way both Jane and Roland were available by email or phone 24/7 and always made you feel like you were their only client, always having your information to hand and able to answer questions or reply to emails very quickly indeed. I would recommend EweMove Beverley for a first class Estate Agency service. Roland & Jane Peck marketed our house with success in 2015 and provided a far superior service than I had experienced with the more "traditional" high street agents I had used in the past. They used better photography, better descriptions, better floor-plans, conducted accompanied viewings and above all provided first class communication to ensure we knew the full situation of potential purchasers every step of the way. They do all of this and yet charge considerably less for their services compared to the traditional agents too. Win-Win!
