We decided to put our house on the market after our family began to grow and we were starting to run out of space. We'd seen the adverts in the local newspaper by Ewemove and also always felt that their Rightmove listings always stood out so we decided to ask them to pop round one evening for a valuation. Roland (one half of a winning partnership with his wife Jane) called round and spent over an hour with us going through the level of service they offer and what sets them apart from other estate agents (they even don't see themselves as estate agents, more if a marketing firm). There was no pressure to sign up at all and even though Roland left ours late into the evening he was off to see another client after us, truly a 24/7 service! Roland had also told us about their guarantee where if you're not happy with any part of their service you can walk away, no fee, no contract. Excellent. So we decided to sign up, a couple of days later Jane and her colleague Cathy called round to write the description to go in the brochure and listing. Rather than the usual bland description about how long the walls are, they added to it with great info about why we love living there, what the house and location offered, and how it would suit future buyers. Then a day or two later Roland came to take the photos and we were sent a draft brochure that evening, which we approved and it was put on Rightmove that night. Our first viewing was two days later, with them coming thick and fast in the days that followed. Then, 11 days after putting the house on the market we accepted an offer for the asking price. Every step of the way both Jane and Roland were available by email or phone 24/7 and always made you feel like you were their only client, always having your information to hand and able to answer questions or reply to emails very quickly indeed. So, just 11 weeks to the day after putting our house on the market I'm sat on my sofa with my family in our forever home. Thank you so much Jane, Roland and all at Ewemove Beverley.
