We have used EweMove Beverley twice and each time, have sold our property is super quick time, the first time there was so much interest on the first day they did an open day and it was sold there and then and the second time it went live in the evening and was sold for full asking value to a cash buyer 18 hours later. I shouldn't be surprised though, the first time I used EweMove I did my homework, had 4 valuations prior to EweMoves valuation, I rated each estate agent on there write up, images/ photos and market knowledge, I kept a list and worked out the average time they had properties on the market before been sold and how many of there properties had to be reduced to sell, I also did my own research on the area I was buying and the area I was selling in so that I had a good idea of what our home was worth. I decided on Ewemove as they came top in every category. I called up Ewemove and Roland came down and was full of market information, he had done is research and was spot on regards the price we could expect to sell at, he came back again and did the photos, he is an excellent photographer and every image was beautiful, great composition and well lit, and 27 images for potential buyers to browse through on the various property sites, most other estate agent do a lot less images,and not all great quality either, then Jane came down and chatted with us, took a look round our home and went off and wrote to most amazing write up, I fell in love with my own home all over again, she is a very talented writer and we were very glad she was working for us. Then we met the lovely Cathy who took all the measurements, asked us various questions so that they can inform interested parties on various aspects of the house. We got to know Sue, who is equally as important as the other members of the team, Sue knows everything and can quickly answer any question she is a real font of knowledge. As you might have guessed I enjoy moving, I have used numerous estate agents over the last 40 years and have never come across an estate agency like EweMove Beverley, they never stop working, Jane has sent me emails at 23.15 in the evening and I have read and answered them first thing next day. They make the whole experience so much nicer they are friendly, efficient and effective. So Jane, Roland, Kathy and Sue, Thanks again for all your hard work, you never know, there could be a third time, as they say never say never and its always a pleasure.
