General communication from Ian at Fisks was excellent and he kept in contact with my solicitor, my buyers and their solicitor as required. Outstanding Service & highly Recommended

We used Fisks ten years ago to buy our house and everything went so smoothly we didn't hesitate used them again to sell the same property last year without even thinking of contacting anyone else. Their valuation was spot on and we had numerous viewings booked within a few days and two confirmed offers (with mortgage approval) within 6 days of our house being on the market.. Chelsea and the team work tirelessly for you and, being the control freak that I am, put up with my constant calls and questions always in a cheery helpful manner, they never made me feel like I was being a nuisance. Even when our buyers solicitor was causing all sorts of problems (due to their incompetence and nothing to do with Fisks at all!) and I thought I was losing the plot they did their utmost to get things back on track and alleviate our concerns. I think that because they're not a big chain like some of the major high street estate agents you're made to feel like you're not just a client file and you get the personal approach that you know isn't following some sort of script or corporate workflow chart, I can't recommend them enough to anyone looking for a competent, friendly and professional estate agent.

Fisks Benfleet and Canvey

I have had numerous dealings with Fisks over the years having bought and sold properties through them and also have them manage my rental properties. So far I have bought 3 properties and sold 1 using Fisks - each time they have had excellent communications with me, always keeping me informed on the progress of the sale or purchase so that I have never felt the need to chase them. I also rent 4 properties through Fisks - all my tenants are long term and have been in place for several years. Unfortunately issues will always arise when renting properties but I am more than happy with the management service provided - I am always kept well informed on any issues raised by my tenants and am confident that Fisks will provide appropriate action in resolving any problems that may arise. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful but special mentions must go to Sarah in the property management department and also Toni and Gemma in sales in the Canvey office. Successful sale

Although there were very few viewers, luckily one of them wanted to buy the house. Fisks dealt with all of the viewings as I was not in the property. The whole legal side of buying and selling is crazy in this country, but we eventually got there with some additional negotiations!
