Chelsea at Fisks was great!

We had a good experience buying our first house with Fisks - Chelsea was really helpful and guided us through the process, and with her help we managed to push the purchase through really quickly. Overall a great estate agents, would highly recommend.

Great Job

I decided to use Fisks because my initial consultation with them was very professional and left me feeling confident they could sell my house quickly. My circumstances were more difficult as we were selling two houses at the same time but Ian and Chelsea managed this throughout the process very professionally. Both Ian and Chelsea were very approachable and always did their upmost to answer any questions that were thrown their way. It was a pleasure dealing with them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again to move house. Many thanks Ian/Chelsea especially through the more challenging times.

Would highly recommend Ian & Chelsea at Fisks

Me and my partner have just moved this week selling two properties through Ian and Chelsea at Fisks. From start to finish they both went above and beyond to help make the move run smoothly. I would definitely recommend them both and I will be using Fisks again for any future moves.

Superb!

Simply excellent service throughout! Very professional, courteous and patient, nothing was too much trouble, Years of experience and knowledge of the area meant that the property was marketed at the right level, as evidenced by the quick response in viewings and the resultant number of offers. Very pleased with that!

Highly recommended

Ian and the team at Fisks handled the sale very professionally and tactfully following a bereavement. Good communication and advice throughout from valuation to completion. Very happy with the price achieved (especially compared to 2 other local agents valuations) and a fixed fee that was lower than other quotes was an added bonus.

Didnt need to call

Chelsea was my agent at Fisks, a quick and valuable service. I never needed to call her she kept me informed at every stage and even let the elecricity board in when I was unable to,

There are a lot of estate agents but only one Fisks

We gave our property to Fisks when we decided to move as Ian seemed the most professional of the three agents who we asked to value our property. Boy are we glad we did house sold to the first viewers in 36 hours from instructing Fisk's. We were kept up to date with regular calls and nothing was too much trouble. Now we have moved Ian is collecting post from our old address for us and calling for us to collect from the office. Beyond the call of duty Great service thanks again Martin and Melanie Bagnall

Beyond the call of duty

We enlisted the help of Fisks towards the end of 2015 to sell a property (a probate sale). They very quickly organised an open day, and we soon had a dozen or so offers, several were considerably above our asking price. Unfortunately we lost our first buyers over Christmas due to unavoidable circumstances. But Fisks quickly found new buyers, and we were soon back on track. Fisks did so much more than just finding us a buyer:- - they discussed & advised on the merits of potential buyers and their offers - they accompanied buyers and their contractors on numerous visits to the house - they advised/recommended local trades to affect some minor repair work - they kept in touch with all parties to follow progress and keep the process on the rails - they chivvied & chased the three solicitors in the chain (which is a bit like herding sheep!) - they read the service meters and checked the clearance company had left the property clean & tidy prior to sale completion Who could ask for more? So its 5 stars for Fisks. Thank you guys!
