We used Fisks ten years ago to buy our house and everything went so smoothly we didn't hesitate used them again to sell the same property last year without even thinking of contacting anyone else. Their valuation was spot on and we had numerous viewings booked within a few days and two confirmed offers (with mortgage approval) within 6 days of our house being on the market.. Chelsea and the team work tirelessly for you and, being the control freak that I am, put up with my constant calls and questions always in a cheery helpful manner, they never made me feel like I was being a nuisance. Even when our buyers solicitor was causing all sorts of problems (due to their incompetence and nothing to do with Fisks at all!) and I thought I was losing the plot they did their utmost to get things back on track and alleviate our concerns. I think that because they're not a big chain like some of the major high street estate agents you're made to feel like you're not just a client file and you get the personal approach that you know isn't following some sort of script or corporate workflow chart, I can't recommend them enough to anyone looking for a competent, friendly and professional estate agent.
