Fisks Benfleet and Canvey

I have had numerous dealings with Fisks over the years having bought and sold properties through them and also have them manage my rental properties. So far I have bought 3 properties and sold 1 using Fisks - each time they have had excellent communications with me, always keeping me informed on the progress of the sale or purchase so that I have never felt the need to chase them. I also rent 4 properties through Fisks - all my tenants are long term and have been in place for several years. Unfortunately issues will always arise when renting properties but I am more than happy with the management service provided - I am always kept well informed on any issues raised by my tenants and am confident that Fisks will provide appropriate action in resolving any problems that may arise. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful but special mentions must go to Sarah in the property management department and also Toni and Gemma in sales in the Canvey office. I would highly recommend using Fisks estate agents whether buying, selling or renting - they are my first choice estate agents in the area and am happy to have them manage my properties for many more years to come!
