It was geat to work with Stuart Ferguson. Stuart has an in-depth understanding of the property market in NI from the past to the present and future. He offered lots of insights into my property, e.g. proposing prices, how to do a good marketing, when is a good timing to list, monitoring and supervising the transaction process. He is very professional and efficient, everything is very organised, including recording details of each viewing and the feedback of each viewer. He is highly responsible and reliable to work with.
