I would like to thank Jeremy, Caroline, Kate and the whole team at Symonds and Sampson Beaminster branch for all their wonderful help in selling our house. They were brilliant in marketing our property and extremely professional throughout. We had a very stressful period whilst finalising the purchase of our new home and we all struggled through the trials of 5 in the chain! Everyone kept my husband and I very calm, always there on the other end of the phone when I needed them and constantly liasing with the other estate agents, solicitors and anyone else who was involved! Thank you all very much for making it as smooth as it could be and being so wonderfully supportive throughout. Such a brilliant team!

I bought a house in June 2018 and found Caroline good humoured and patient as certain aspects of the sale were rather challenging! She knows the market and I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to buy in the Beaminster area.

Having recently bought a house in Beaminster through Symonds and Sampson, l can't recommend them enough. They were pleasant and supportive throughout the ordeal and made the whole experience almost a pleasure.The usual scurrilous refrains about estate agents do not apply here.

The friendly and professional support I received from the Beaminster office of Symonds & Sampson, in particular from Caroline, enabled me to eventually achieve a very good sale. The office fully deserves it's reputation as one of the best!

they were very helpful in obtaining my first let, however I have noticed that when I called them to query something she was blunt and dismissive as I rang the wrong number for lettings. Could have caught her on a bad day but even so, customer care is always important. Oh well, doesn't take away from the fact that the company is very good.

Overall, the experience with the Estate agent during a recent property transaction did not meet expectations due to issues with communication and case management. The overall attentiveness level was inconsistent. Other local estate agents provided more proactive updates and information throughout the process. A problem arose after completion day concerning the lack of keys. When assistance was requested, the matter was considered outside the agent's responsibility. This lack of support was disappointing. Other agents within the chain provided more comprehensive and timely information. A formal explanation of the agency's policy regarding the key handover process on completion day and an acknowledgment of the communication shortfall would be appreciated. This feedback is intended to help improve the experience for future clients.

I was told Caroline would call at 12 noon and I waited in for 3 hours and then had to take my dogs out before it poured with rain. When I got home I had a terse message from Caroline telling me to email her my queries about a property that I was interested in. I tried calling another 6 or 7 times before the office closed and the phone was never answered. Unfortunately this is the second bad experience I have had with S & S.

Left a message yesterday (26/09/2017) regarding booking an appointment to view a lettings property and also emailed them yesterday to cover all avenues. 24 hours later and still haven't heard a thing, not exactly a great advert for the Beaminster Branch really. I shall look else where for a property to let and ignore any which you are advertising since you guys ignore messages.
